- All items on display are new and in perfect condition. However, colors will vary due to computer' monitor settings.
- Prices stated are final and non-negotiable.
- 1st come 1st served basis. Reservation is applied after orders are confirmed by submitting the order form. However, reservation is valid for 3 days only.
- Item(s) will be sent within 1-3 working days after full payment is made. Tracking number will be sent by email.
- Refund or exchange is not allowed.
- Buyers shall bear the postage fees. Please refer to postage below.
- No responsibilities and will not be liable for any loss or damage during delivery.
- All accessories are not included unless stated; only for matching references/suggestions.

Procedure to shop in Online-tudung
- Email or sms us for enquiries (if any).
- Confirm your order via call OR sms; read the terms & conditions before submitting.
- Your order will be processed within 24 hours, wait for confirmation email from us which consists of account numbers for Maybank, Public Bank & CIMB.
- Make payment and notify us/ include our email – alicia.tudung@yahoo.com if you are using online banking.
- Item(s) will be sent within 1-3 working days. Tracking number will be given through email.
